Quality. This is what most online shops aim for, but only few actually have. High-quality stores are what you could expect from big names in the industry, but a lot of up and coming stores could offer high quality and competitive prices too. Look not at the name of the shop, but at the quality of the products they offer. Even a big name for electronics might not have what you want in your electronics, so you might resort to smaller companies. For some people, this could be the best, or the worst, decision they would have made.

Size. The quantity matters as well, because you need to get an online electronics shop that you could trust to give you several items instead of just one. You might not like it, but you would have to be ready to learn how to look at certain things negatively. When buying in an electronics shop, think as if you don't need the product, so that you can measure the product effectively in terms of functionality and reliability. If you are not all that satisfied with your product, return the package. If the shop doesn't have stocks (and here's where quantity matters), you'd never be able to get an item in return, resulting to waste of your time and money.

Customer Service. Professional staff is preferable in an online shop, and everybody knows how annoying it could be to talk with a representative who doesn't seem to enjoy what he does for a living. Even in a long, tiring day, a professional staff should be able to handle himself very well. Their expertise and understanding would take them a long way in the field too.

Warranties, Repairs and Maintenance. If your product breaks down, what follows? Warranties are there to make sure that your products would be replaced in certain situations. If the product needs repairing, would the company offer the service? These are important when buying electronics, as electronics aren't exactly cheap.

Choosing your electronic shop can almost be as important as choosing your brands and models. If you want to shop for electronics, choose a shop that you trust, but don't forget to consider the different aspects that makes a shop a good one.
